The Board is made up of a maximum of 18 members. Members are appointments from the Tuscarawas County Commissioners(6), Carroll County Commissioners(4), The Ohio Department of Mental Health(4) and The Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services(4).

The ADAMHS Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties is committed to providing cooperative leadership in fostering a quality,
