Every two years, the ADAMHS Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties creates and submits a Community Plan to the Ohio Department of Mental Health and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services.
This plan, which is based on local treatment trends, research conducted by the ADAMHS Board, and input from the Tuscarawas and Carroll County service providers, spells out how the ADAMHS Board will address substance abuse and mental health treatment and prevention needs in the two-county area.
This year's plan, covering State Fiscal Years 2010 and 2011 (July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011) has been approved by the ADAMHS Board of Directors and is available for viewing by the community.
If after reading this report you have any questions regarding the plan, or general operations of the Board, please call us at (330) 364-6488.
