The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties
The ADAMHS Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties has recently expanded its ability to support and strengthen mental health and
addiction services in both counties. With the recent hiring of Natalie Bollon, a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, the
Board fills the position of Manager of Community Services. In this position Ms. Bollon will be responsible for program development,
grant and contract writing, and service coordination as well as other aspects. Ms. Bollon comes to the
position with nine years of experience both as a counselor and as a clinical supervisor for the Home Based Counseling Program at Personal
and Family Counseling Services. She received her Master’s Degree from
Purdue University in Mental Health Counseling in 1999 and has
been employed locally working with children and families since that time.
About the ADAMHS Board:
The ADAMHS Board is a
division of the County governments within Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties. The duties and responsibilities of the ADAMHS Board
are outlined in Ohio Revised Code 340. All of the functions and duties of the ADAMHS Board generally concern community planning,
funding, reimbursement and monitoring of contracted mental health and substance abuse treatment and prevention services (e.g. a network
of care). The ADAMHS Board also carries out policies of the Ohio Departments of Mental Health (ODMH) and Alcohol and Drug Addiction
Services (ODADAS). The Board of directors consists of 18 volunteer members appointed by the Carroll and Tuscarawas County Commissioners
